Kairis started using crayons and pens long before these pictures were taken, we just didn't document with pictures right away. She, up until recently was mainly using her left hand, but is now usually using her right hand. One of her favorite activities is drawing pictures with an ink pen. She absolutely loves pens over any other writing implement to date. Reminds me of my grandpa Bud who was legally blind but a wonderful artist. He mainly drew cartoon like pictures and wild life with a black ink pen. Kairis is definitely artistic and detail oriented, just like her daddy! :) She also started saying the word "rainbow" at around the time this picture was taken.
