Already?

Is it possible? Could my darling daughter be getting TEETH already?? She's been drooling a lot today, and the past two nights, she's been somewhat irritable in the evenings before bed....and to top it off, she's chewing on her fingers like crazy! Tim swears he feels something pointy coming out of her top gum on the left side. I'd be surprised if she's teething already...but then again, she seems to be having a lot of "firsts" earlier than most babies.
