Our first week together...if I could sum it up in a few words, they would include: overwhelming amounts of love, contentment, thankfulness, and joyfulness. We spent nearly every moment with our sweet girl, even when she was sleeping deeply--our favorite times of observing her adorable facial expressions. :)
So, her crib is still being occupied by Emma this week. Our girl hasn't laid a foot in it yet. :) Special moments we hope to never forget include:
Dad giving Kairis three squeezes that mean "I love you"...and Kairis responding by looking at him. I'm sure Kairis recognized that, as Tim would tap my belly three times every day and whisper his "I love you's" to Kairis early on.
Poop, lots of poop. I kept making the mistake of changing your diaper on our bed without a pad underneath your underside! I think I changed the sheets 5 times in 2 days last weekend! 
Our trip to Mt. Hood last Saturday. Your first adventure with Mom and Dad! Our first run-in with the "baby police"--an elderly lady warning us to "get our rest", and also asking me some very specific things about how you came into the world. Wow!
Your first bath at home.
We've made it through the second week now, and you've gained back all of your birth weight, and doing great. Everyone that sees you comments on how alert of a baby you are, and also how beautiful you are! Your dad and I couldn't agree more! :)

Awesome picts!!! Glad to hear she is doing so well and is loving life. We are still praying that you all will adjust as life of 3 continues to become the norm. :-)
