There were four scheduled cesarean sections on August 8, 2008. Tim and I happened to be the only natural delivery at Portland Adventist Hospital on 8-8-08. Our Dr. was so proud that she got to delivery a baby on this special day--I guess I don't follow the signs as much as some do, but in Chinese, 8-8-08 means "Prosperous". Anyway, we were just relieved and excited our girl was able to come when she was ready, as we had a scheduled induction two days later.
